We ate and drank for 4 nights in the bar/restaurant. Josh the bartender was awesome. Excellent drinks and most of the appetizers were equally good. The bacon wrapped asparagus, green chili mac & cheese, fish& chips and sliders were our top foods. The french fries were excellent.
Yes, it is a hotel restaurant but it delivered one of the best dining experiences I have had for awhile, who knew!
We were planning on exploring another Mexican restaurant in town but decided to relax, not drive and as we were staying upstairs (see separate hotel review) the Market Wine Bar Bistro provided an excellent alternative.
First off, yes, the ambience is nice hotel setting but it was comfortable, open and had many options (booth, table, window seating, bar, etc). The menu was varied and the wine list even offered customer selected wine flights (great way to try before you commit to a full glass or discover something new). The beer list was also good and there is a full bar.
We had a F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S!!!!!!!!! server....Irazema!!!!! I have not had such a wonderful interaction in eons! The other servers appeared as attentive as she BUT we just hit it off and had one of those "might as well have been family" experiences.
My sweetie tried the Green Chile mac and cheese and loved it...very large portion so come hungry. I went for the traditional filet mignon with asparagus and baked potato (you have a choice of two options from a sizable list) and added the port reduction sauce on the side (yeah!). Irazema was right there when we needed anything and made suggestions that were right on. She suggested moving to the comfy outdoor seating to enjoy the rest of our libations and we added the chocolate soufflé as a great finish to the meal.
The pricing was fair for the portion size and quality and the many ways to customize was appreciated. We would highly recommend the Market Wine Bar Bistro.

I've been coming here for three years, and I can't get enough of the green chili chicken mac and cheese (well, I probably could if I went into cardiac arrest at the bar). The flatbreads are awesome too, much better than any crappy pizza-type food you can get in this city. Kelly and Travis are great bartenders as well, never let a glass run dry. The menu has changed as others have said, but there is still plenty of good food available, and I've heard there is more to come! Looking forward to see what's next for this place! Try the Mac and cheese! (And hope they bring back the one with lobster in it)
Great Spot in Yuma
The service is always top notch and the food is excellent. The ambiance allows for relaxation in the restaurant, or you can catch the latest sports on one of the two big flat screens in the bar.

I am staying in the Radisson and have been to Market four of the five nights I have been here so far. The food is great, they have a great breakfast buffet, and cheap beer served by talented bartenders who have a decent wit about them. Kelly and Dayna are always awesome and make the decision to stay right here in the hotel easier every time. Highly recommended. One of the better bars in Yuma despite lower foot traffic.
Great atmosphere, great selection and the friendliest bartenders in Yuma! Super long Happy Hour (3 - 6:30) with good food and drink specials.
Staff and food are amazing! Friendly staff with great prices a great combo after a long day of business in Yuma. A must if visiting Yuma!
